“We really don’t acknowledge the warrant, the warrant that they will deliver to us,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos sa FOCAP forum.
“Which is a no,” nang tanungin kung kikilalanin ang warrant of arrest.
“What is the rule about the ICC? When do they undertake jurisdiction? They have jurisdiction in a country when no judicial program is doing work, is working, no law enforcement power is functioning. In other text, there possibly is war and none of these issues about war crimes and all of these are becoming attended to simply due to the fact the administration, especially in the judiciary, in particular in legislation enforcement, are not performing,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
“That is the purpose why we are stating we are properly within the rules. It is their rule. It is the rule of ICC that they occur in when there is no judiciary, they come in when there is police force. We have a judiciary,” pahayag ni Pangulong Marcos.
